What the plan is (and isn't)
What does the Nighthawk Home Protection Plan cost?
The plan starts at approximately $299 per year, depending on the size and complexity of your roof. The annual inspection, photo report, and sealant allowance are included in the annual fee.
Does the plan cover unlimited repairs?
No. The plan includes an annual inspection, a photo report, and up to $150 in minor sealant touch-ups per year. Larger repairs are discounted 15% but billed separately with a written estimate. We do not promise unlimited or emergency repairs.
Is the priority leak response a 24/7 emergency service?
No. Priority response means we address plan-member leak calls same day where possible, ahead of non-members. It is not a same-night emergency dispatch. If you have an active leak, call us and we will prioritize scheduling, but the plan does not guarantee after-hours or weekend emergency visits.
What happens if I need a full roof replacement?
The plan is a maintenance and documentation program, not a replacement warranty. If your roof reaches end of life, we will scope a replacement, apply your 15% repair discount to any patch work needed in the meantime, and help you document for insurance if storm damage is involved.
Can I cancel the plan?
Yes. The plan renews annually and you can cancel at any time. Any inspections or sealant work already performed that year remain on your property record.
Important: The Nighthawk Home Protection Plan is a maintenance and documentation program. It does not cover full roof replacements, and it does not include after-hours or emergency storm dispatch. Sealant allowance is capped at $150 per year. Priority leak response is handled during business hours, same day where possible.
