Installation process
Every roofing job follows the same sequence. We tarp and protect landscaping, tear off the old material to the deck, inspect every sheet of plywood for soft spots, replace rotted decking, lay synthetic underlayment, install ice-and-water shield in the valleys, replace all flashing and pipe boots, then hand-nail shingles to manufacturer spec. We finish with a magnetic nail sweep and haul every scrap to the dump. Most single-family homes are done in one to two days.
Warranty and aftercare
We register every GAF and Owens Corning system warranty so the manufacturer stands behind the material, and we back the workmanship separately. Keep your warranty paperwork and the inspection photos.
